I am planning my daughter`s sweet sixteen and need to find a place in NYC that is not too expensive. I would prefer Brooklyn, but not being picky. Can anyone help ???

Hi i trying to organize the sweet sixteen of my two twins and in reality i dont know where to begin or what to do i need some help maybe a site or a book that i may be able to look into or buy
