Having Little Sister As "junior Maid Of

I want to have my sister as the maid of honour but she is only 13 so I am having my best friend. I do however want to make it very clear that if my sister was older she would have been my maid of honour. What should her title be? Honourary maid of honour; junior maid of honour etc? Please help
