Wedding Loc. In Dallas Area?!! HELP!!

We are looking for an beautiful house or historic spot for a small ceremony, 30-40 people. Outside, garden-type. Budget is a big deal, we are both college students, paying for the wedding ourselves. Around Plano/DFW area. Only have 3 months- getting married on June 1st, 2002. Please help!
