Mindy,

I have some beautiful beach-themed invitations you could use for your party. We also have more traditional bar / bat mitzvah invitations as well. Visit www.daisy-days.cceasy.com for more information.

We also have favors and decorations with a beach theme (such as napkins, coasters, place cards, etc.)

If you are interested and you want to receive a 20% discount, email me at info@daisy-days.com. Thanks!

How about large wide stripe table cloths. Beach umbrellas, sea shells. I am doing a beach theme for chld which is coming up real soon. Mine is set at night so I am doing a shimmery green/blue cloth and tropical flowers with sand and shells with candles for my center pieces. Beach towels for kids favors. When is your affair?

Hire a henna artist for tattoos you would wear on the
Beach. A cute thing would be to make people wear sunblock
And bathing suits or beach wear sarongs , shorts etc.
Aloha wear or white dresses. Depending on the venue.
Serving beachy virgin drinks for the teens ( pretty colors
With umbrellas.
See if you can request a lifeguard and post him next
To a baby pool. Or just dress the staff up as baywatch babes.
And guys. Set up some beach umbrellas in the club or
Restarant. Hand everybody sunglasses. Have spray on tan
Person come or hand out self tanning creme so everybody
Looks sunkissed. Make sure that you have plenty of
Beach pails and maybe build a sandbox or rent one
And fill it with really pretty sand. You can get at home
Depot. Have the venue set out coolers of soda for the
Kids or purchase small coolers as center pieces( small
Ones) filled with ice and drinks .
You could have sand art. Make your own sundaes.
In the sandbox you could have a sandcastle competition.
Giftbags could be Sandpails that say the name of
The Bat mitzvah girl and be filled with Suntan lotion,
A towel , - Sun glasses, lip balm. Bottled water or
Funny things like things with beach or sun in the title
Like sunkist soda or hawaiian print things.
You could even fill a baby swim pool with water and
Get some performers dressed like mermaids and mermen
To entertain. Also if self tanning creme is not the way you
Want to go you could actually rent a tanning bed for the
Event.
