My Problem

I am having my 16 in June of 2005 I need to get to work on planning my party but nobody seems to help me my parents agreed to do it but I only have one person willing to help plan with me but I dont see her much. I have dreamed of this party since I was little it is very important to me. My court is very undedicated and I can`t find people who are everything is in ruins and it will be June before I know it. I need to know how to get on track and really start planning can someone help me. What first and how to I get a good court? Please help.
