Beware Of Wall Street Limo In Dallas, TX

If you are looking for a limo for your wedding in the Dallas, Texas, area, stay clear of Wall Street Limo. They were booked for both my daughter`s bachelorette party and for her wedding. The first event they cancelled a week before the party because they got a client who would pay them more money. And for the wedding, they are now attempting to charge more than they quoted. Not good business practices!

I don`t think alot of people sharing your experience, I`ve used their services over 8 years, and not one problem. How do you know someone offered more $$ did they actually told you that ? i guess you never had a problem with your car ! If you were not happy with the bachelor party, you should of cancel them before wedding. I`m a business owner myself, and I understand that you can`t make anyone happy. Maybe Wall Street Limo shoul put you in "BEWARE OF BAD CUSTOMERS" list as well.

Alex, I am glad you are happy with their services. I am sure some people are or they would not still be in business; however our experience with them was very unpleasant and that is what I was reporting. You are, of course, free to use them if you wish, but based on their treatment of us, I would not recommend them to anyone. Yes, they did tell us that another party had offered to pay them more and that is why they canceled on us. And we would have loved to have changed limo companies for the wedding except that all this happened right before the wedding date and other companies were already booked. Also as a business owner yourself, I am sure that you would never verbally abuse your customers like this company`s owner did us. We are not bad customers; we just expected to receive the service contracted for at the price quoted and we got neither. Also we expected to be treated with respect, which we were not. I too am a business owner and know that you can`t please everyone -- especially if you just really don`t care.

Donna I`m just curious....if they cancelled on you one time, why did you want to use them again?? Don`t reward bad businesses by giving them more chances.

We aren`t having a limo for our wedding, I find them to be pretentious. And a waste of money as well.

Missy, as I stated previously, we had them booked for both events months in advance. The bacheorette party was a week before the wedding so when they canceled their services for that with only 2 days notice, it was too late in the process to find another limo. But we did try.

Lisa, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I understand your feelings about using a limo service for your wedding; however many brides do like them as did my daughter. And in the event a Dallas bride is looking for a reliable limo service, then Wall Street Limo is not the one.
