Alternative To Unity Candle

A new trend in weddings, and an alternative to the unity candles tradition, is the decanter set. Two beautiful glass decanters (or vases) are filled with different colors of sand with your first initial engraved on it. The middle, and larger, decanter is used during the wedding ceremony as you each pour your own sand into the decanter. It`s something you can keep for many years after your wedding as a reminder of this special act.
