Help Marrying Into The Air Force

I will hopefully soon be married to this great guy and i need to know if there any college opprtunites for me. It`s very important to me to know to help smooth things over with my parents. For i will be going overseas to be with him in a foregin country. I would also like to know what base will be like and what rules there may be ( i have my ideas). And any other adive would be appericated greatly thanks
