I just saw the coolest wedding favor idea on Ebay. Fan Favors! You guests can use them to keep themselves cool. There are some listed in a several Ebay stores. Go to the Ebay store page and type in "favor fans" - there are some that look oriental, some that are folded, and some that have handles and can be personalized with monograms.
