Hello - I am going to donate 10% from all orders placed from today on....to the relief organization of your choice to help aid the Tsunami Victims. I know it isn`t much but I hope it will help.

That`s nice. But, personally, I`d rather take care of my own charitable donations. That linking of sales to charity donations turns be off.

It is obvious by this response that everyone has a different opinion about charity and they have that right. But I would like to put this into perspective. I am a very small business in which I employ one and that is myself, therefore I am not offering this to gain business, but rather to try and do my part to raise some funds for those people in need. If everyone thought of charity as being a business enterprise, then why is Pfizer donating 10 Million in CASH and 29 Million in product or why does FedEx donate moving over 500,000 pounds of supplies and equipment for this cause?, because it`s the right thing to do and it is GOOD business. People should not be judged by the amount of donation, but look at the whole picture and that is the kindness of their heart!
Sincerely,
Connie
