I Need Help!

My 15ner is in may and ive got nothing done but pick my damas,my escort,band,food,2sponsers,and 2 songs. My mom knows nada bout 15ners and i want to go look @ dresses for the damas and for me but shes always saying we`ll go tomorrow or over your break and we never do. I want to go by myself w/ my cousin (she had hers in oct.) but my mom will say your not including me?! and my dad wont take me any help please on how i can work this out?
