I am very familiar with all of the traditions of a Quince Anos and I have tons of information. I am sure I can answer any questions that you have. But to answer your question it is completely up to you whether or not to have it on already, present it at the church, or at the reception. I personally, believe that it should be presented at the church, and many others have done this. Do not be afraid to mix up the traditions, as long as you keep it similar.
