Hi June,

I would love to help you with your centerpieces, favors, etc. One less thing to worry about. Please feel free to visit my web site and email or instant message me with any questions..! I also offer a 15% discount to party poppers. I would advise you first and foremost to reserve your locations, etc.

Well the first thing you need to do is decide your budget and what type of wedding you want. Large or small? Indoors or out? Casual or black tie? Color Scheme--White or Ivory? That kind of thing...the style of it.
You may think this is kind of silly, but when we first got engaged I was thinking HUGE formal wedding and my fiance was thinking small intimate gathering. So, it`s something every couple needs to sit down and talk about, if you haven`t already.
After you decide on your budget, now it`s time to spend the money!
Start with the big things...
Ceremony Venue
Reception Venue
Caterer
Baker
Photographer
Officiant
Musicians
Florist
Any Rental Items
Your Dress

After you`ve chosen your dress then go shopping for the Bridesmaids. Often you may want their dresses to compliment yours.
Guys Tuxes

Then get the accessories and tie up loose ends.

Really, you need to start planning now. 7 1/2 months is prime time, not too far..not too close.

Good luck!

Oh, I meant to tell you...get your bridesmaids together now. If they have to order dresses it could take several months. Set a date to go shopping that most (if not all) of your bm`s can go with you.

About Food...That will depend on how many invites you sent out. Usually, you just guess really good (go through your guest list and estimate about how many will really come) and then when you get your RSVPs back you just let the caterer know.

Have you tried an event or wedding coordinator? I came across http://www.cupidsgrandeur.com. Looks promising.
