!!!HELP NOW PLEASE!!!!
Can anyone tell me if they have any experience with ebridalsuperstore? I have been visiting their site and it has the absolute cheapest prices anywhere. I am wondering how legit they are. I found them through the wedding professionals link on this site. Any feedback would be great because I am ready to order my gown and can get it hundreds of dollors cheaper there rather than a salon.

I already tried to find them through the bbb and couldn`t find them. Their phone number is an 800 number so I don`t know if you can reverse phone check them. I did recieve an email through bridesave.com who said they were not authorized through Jacquelin bridal to sell their gowns, and they are showing they can. I don`t know what to do. I`m leaning toward not ordering from them.

All companies are not registered with the BBB because registration isn`t mandatory. Not finding a company with the BBB means there are no complaints against the company filed there. A company does NOT have to be registered with the BBB in order to have a complaint filed against them. If someone files a complaint and you check the with the BBB, the complaint goes on record against that company whether they`re registered or not. So actually not finding any information on a company when checking the BBB can be a good thing.
