NEED HELP!!WANTING TO OPEN BUSINESS

Thanks for the information,but I`m wanting to open a retail party supply store,not a home base business.The problem I`m having is finding out where to buy my stuff at wholesale prices.

You can get supplies at Amscan their number to get started is 1-800-444-8887 and to get your balloons call US Balloon Company at 1-800-285-4000. Your opening order with Amscan must be $200.00 at cost. After looking at all of the responses that you got back this is the way to go. Although I am also home based I get supplies from both of these places.

I am a college student doing my BA in business Management. I have to do a research paper on opening your own business i don`t have a glue on how to start could you send me some information so i can start my research paper.

You can get wholesale from many places, try Birthday Express, Party Express/Hallmark and American Greetings. Depending on how much capital you want to invest most do charge you a minimum to start with. I got all my samples for free when I got started. Make sure that you have some back up money, especially going store front. My business is home based and I would say that it is just as strong as a store front business.
