DESPERATELY SEEKING BACKYARD LOCATION

We are desperately seeking a decent (not lavish) backyard location in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area to film wedding reception scenes for and independent film. Our plan is actually throw a party there - which we will pay for and clean up after, and stage the required scenes amidst the party. GUARANTEED NOT TO BE A DRUNKEN BRAWL TYPE SITUATION.
