Nicaraguan Wedding

My fiancee and I are both hispanic, but I am of mexican descent and he is Nicaraguense. I was wondering if there were any customs in Nicaraguan weddings that we could incorporate into our ceremony or reception.

You can perform the Lazo ceremony a cord or rosery beads is draped around you both and the priest says a blessing in the name of Virgin mary ,Joseph and God.This is very common in the Mexican and filipino weddings.I hope this helps!
