Sponser Wedding WTF?!?!

To all the angry people on this site. I don`t understand why most of you are so angry about this.It is not like it is coming out of your tax money.Not everyone is as fortunate to have enough money to pay for (or parents that can pay for) the wedding of their dreams. So why aren`t you writing to Oprah and other TV shows that do these hugh elabrit wedding give aways? Do you not think that is a form of advertisment? Sounds like someones a little bit jealous. GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!GROW UP!!!!! Try to find some happiness in your life. Maybe then you will find someone to marry you!!!!!! Cassy

What`s elabrit?

Oh, come now.

Two things: (1) I don`t really see why you should be angry. So what if someone wants to ask? And no offense, but one could as easily say to someone who has their parents paying for it "Why don`t YOU pay for it, you little spoiled brat?" But that would just be a bitter and unfair thing to say.

I`m just saying: at least understand the dilemma someone is in without a lot of extra cash and no help footing the bill. I`m paying for my own wedding right now, its barebones, and I`m paying around 3000, all told. I`m barely swinging that--and its no wonder that others can`t swing it.

(2) To those asking for wedding sponsorship: I don`t really understand why you are asking for sponsorship. I mean, is someone you don`t know really going to hand you money? I`ve never even heard of a sponsored wedding. I wonder if it would better if we started a threat of ideas on how to throw a wedding for cheap. Certainly that is more doable!
