This dress was described by the designer as #791 Silk Shatung Ballgown w/silver vine embroidery motif. It is a size 8 and fits me 38, 34, 37. It is a bit tight on the top for me. Since it is a ballgown hip measurements are not much of an issue. I bought it a their salon sample sale in Manhattan in October. I found a dress that flatters me better. It retails for $2600.
