Romantic Evening Ideas - Help Needed

I am planning a romantic evening for my fiancee and need as many idea`s as possible.

We have recently moved from our home town and although we really both love where we are and spending so much time together, she is increasingly getting down, just about little things. So i really want to do something to bring up her spirits. I have been planning for weeks now a romantic suprise, i have decided to cook her a lovely meal, set a really romantic feeling in the room with candles, flowers and dim lights, nice music playing and also watching a nice romantic film afterwards (Wuthering Heights). All i need now is an excuse to get her out of the house for about an hour so that i can seeminglessly setup everything.

So, i was thinking about a romantic treasure hunt for her to go out and do whilst im busy setting things up. Then when she gets to the end of it, she gets a bunch of flowers and instructings to come home? But the trouble is, im no use at tresure hunts. Any suggestions, ideas or suggestions are more than welcome because im desperate to make this perfect.
