Red Wedding Dress?

Hey sara.. Austin, texas saying GO FOR IT. I`ve got a friend that`s got the same color.. She is doing a fiesta style wedding.

I`m a bit more conservative. Is this a phase that you might regret a few years from now? Will you be 100% comfortable in it or will you be wondering about it all night?

It`s your wedding, wear any color you like. If you want to be on a safe side then wear a white/red or ivory/red gown. There are dozens of designers who make 2 tone gowns.

I think that this is AWESOME. I know that tradition goes with white but the red is beautiful. Red is a color that represents Power and demands attention, this is a proven fact. A lot of the Asian countries use RED for the brides gown. It is beautiful and above all it is YOUR wedding.

I think a red wedding dress is just fine. In chinese wedding traditions a red dress symbolizes love and joy.

Have you seen the Maggie Sottero "Temptation" dress? The first time I saw it, I thought--THAT`s THE ONE. I have since seen another dress, less dramatic, more conservative (Bonny #415) that has red in it but am now rethinking. I really LOVE the red dress idea and am hoping to find one "cheaper" than my original budget!!

When I started looking for a gown I saw Maggie`s Temptation in Red in a magazine. I LOVED IT! Then I saw it in the shop where I bought my Maggie gown (in ivory) but it was out of my budget. I wish I had found this site before so I could have found the dress at a better price and got to where the dress of my dreams. Don`t get me wrong, I loved the dress I wore and I felt like a princess but I would have LOVED to where a red wedding dress, especially this one. So, I say go for it! Don`t be like me and wish you did :-)
