Rudness In A Small Business

I just started working for a small business.The owners seem to call it like `family"..well no family I know of.First of all the front office which is a 3 person `team` really is a two person team with one extra..me..they are rude,non-talking wanna be`s...they deal in the slient treatment,if you ask a question they yell,and get very upset..first day i was there they thought I SHOULD all about the business....and they call themselves customer service....where? I don`t see it at all,and i`ve been in the CS business for over 20 yrs...
