Pool Party Ideas!!

I am having a pool party for a friend who is leaving at the end of the year. The party is in 4 days and i need some ideas on how to keep guests busy. We are aged 13-14 and need to have lots of entertainment. I have got music, a trampoline and a pool. Tell me how i can make it enjoyable for girls and boys.
