Guest Book - Where To Buy

I want a specific type of guest book but where do I even start looking. I would like the type that has a line for name then a few lines for well wishes. Where each guest can say something. I`m going CRAZY. I`ve looked at several different websites and very few will even show a picture of the inside of the book? I need to the book to be ivory which is making things even harder. Please help can you all please tell me where you`ve bought your books?
