I would suggest a custom made gown, but from an individual seemstress, who will measure you in person (that`s important!!).
Individual pattern should do a lot for shaping your figure, and hide what you would like to hide.
There are independent seemstresses in different regions that sew beautiful wedding gowns. Where are you located?
