Mister Balloon
I was not pleased with Mister Balloon. I ordered and paid for the balloons I wished to have and when I got to the party (i was one of last to arrive since i was bringing my husband to his 40th surprise party) I was very disappointed. Balloons that were supossed to be there were not and the color wasn`t as expected. Just very disappointing....nice man--bad service.

You visited our store and after having inflating many samples and showing you all the balloon colors, you picked out the color combination and we pulled and processed your balloons right there. We did in fact deliver your balloons early to the event, but they were routed by hotel banquet staff to the wrong room for the event. My company apologizes for any problems you had.
