Advice Scrolls

I have no idea what these things are properly called by here is what I`m looking for. I attended a wedding some time ago and each place setting had a scroll on it. Each guest was asked to complete the scroll and it had where you could put advice and things you know about the bride & groom. Can anyone tell me the proper name and where I could purchase these?
