Deprovera

I had the Depo shot for two years and never really had a period. When I first started it I had a heavy period for a month or two but then it went away. I stopped using it six months ago because I broke up with my boyfriend and I didn`t get my period until three weeks ago. I`ve had my period now for three straight weeks and I think its because I am just getting off the Depo but I am not sure. I would not recommend anyone getting the Depo shot just because its a hassel and it`s easier to use a condom. Use a condom wether you are on the Depo or not because you don`t want to catch any STDS.
