Romantic Picnic

On Dec 9-12 in Jacksonville FL, I`m meeting for the first time a young woman I`ve been talking to for over a year and a half. I live in Washington State and she lives in New York. She is a hopeless romantic, so I`ve been doing a lot of research and planning to make this trip special for both of us. One idea I had was to hire a small party or event planner to prepare a romantic picnic lunch that I could pick up or have delivered to the hotel so we could find a quiet little park. I`ve never done something like this before, and since it`s only for 2 people I wonder if I`m going to have a hard time finding someone to take the job. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
