My fiance and I are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. We have two year old twins and have outgrown our mobile home. We have no money for down payment. We are hoping ot sell our mobile home (no profit from it) and find a home where we don`t have to put a lot of money down; but those are hard to come by. I would like to learn more about this program.

My fiance and I are getting married next year. We are trying to look for a house in the spring. I do not have good credit at all and he has little. We have an excellent income and can afford a mortgage. With wedding hassles we are stressed. I am adopted and have no money. He is Italian and we will offend half his family for not inviting them. Yet none are willing to help. I so would like to learn more about this grant. My biggest fear is that we will not be able to afford wedding nor house. Please HELP!!!

My fiance and I found the perfect house. It is in Texas, and by the river. It is a very good price for the nieghborhood, and it will be gone very soon. We do not have the time to save up a down payment.

My Fiancee and I are planning on getting married in March of 2005, I know it is a long engagement! Part of the reason for that is we would like to buy a home of our own before we get married. We are looking for a 3 bedroom starter home something comfortable and with a back yard It would be great if we could get some help on the down payment. Thank you.
