OK LADIES..I REALLY NEED SOME HELP W/ MY WEDDING COLORS. DO YOU THINK BLACK, GOLD, AND BURGANDY IS TOO DRAMATIC?

THE BIG DAY...11/9/02. I THINK I`LL GET SOME COLOR SWATCHES FROM A FABRIC STORE AND SEE WHAT WORKS THE BEST.

When is your Wedding? I think the black would go nicely with a lighter shade of burgandy. I don`t think I would use the gold, it might be too over powering.

I agree, Gold is a strong colour. The bride is the centre of the party. Gold may draw from that. I really like the black and burgundy together. A very classy choice! 2 Thumbs up from Toronto!

My friend is getting married on Aug 2, and we don`t have any shoes. Its too late to get dyeables. What color do you suggest with a burgandy dress.

Shoes should be darker than the dress if not the same colour so i would go with simple black shoes. This is also good because they can be used after the wedding as well, i mean who really wears that pair of purple silk pumps anyways?
