I have a custom dress, designed to look like the le-spose di gio dress pictured. It has never been worn (I ended up getting married in the summer) and it is a size 4. It gathers in the front, and buttons down the back. Although it does have sleeves, it would be EXTREMELY easy to convert this dress to strapless. I considered doing it myself.
