I was wondering how old ytou had to be to elope ?? I read on some site that you had to be 18 maximum and youngest 16 with parent consent . About the 16 part does it have to be parent say like your mom or your legal guardian??

I have a question im seventeen and i have 4 months till my 18th birthday is there a chqance i can elope before my birthday because im leaving with my fiance right know and he is 31 years old my mother stays states away so i cant get here 2 come sign for me. My father passed away who i was living with before.
