VERA WANG DRESS NEVER WORN

Sample Dress Retail $6000. Bought it at a sale (11/7) and have changed mind, I have another dress on hold. Looking to get back $2500 I paid for it. Never altered, size 10 still has protective barrier on bottom of dress. Halter, rhinestone around top and at end of train, slipper satin, mermaid skirt. Gorgeous movie star dress (same style as designed for Rudy Guiliani`s new wife).
