Should Is Acept This?!

O.k my bro says that when he starts working (which it will be soon) he`ll give me half of the paycheck for my quinceanera! (he`s olny 17 going to18)But like some times he doesn`t even have enough money for himselves for the things he need at school, and other stuff. So i`m greatful but hasitend of excepting the money!! cuz after all his gonna work hard for it! if i do end up acepting i will probably acept less then half of it! what do ya think?
