Still Need Alvina Valenta Dress Please!!!!
I am really really desperate - I am getting married in THREE WEEKS in Ireland and my seamstress has ruined my dress. The only other one I loved was an Alvina Valenta, number 9049/9409, but it was too expensive - does anyone have it in a size 10 ideally ivory and not too altered? THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about your dress! Have you taken a look at bridalcouture.com or bridepower.com for a Alvina Valenta gown? They both sell couture bridal gowns that have been samples. You may find something there that you like as well for a discounted price. I didn`t see the one that you are looking for on there though. Just an idea! I`ve heard good things about both of these places on message boards in the past too.
I can normally get in the gown that you are looking for at a discounted price (brand new) but it usually takes about 30 weeks for this particular designer. If you are interested though, I could call and check to see if there is anything that I might be able to do for you. Sometimes miracles do happen! Please let me know if you would like me to try.

Hi Cliona,
I just wanted to let you know and I checked with my supplier about the dress that you are looking for, but are unable to get it in time. They only have 2 styles that could be shipped out immediately which are both ivory and size 10. Let me know if you are interested and I can email you information. One of them is strapless and has an empire waist.
