I Want To Be A Wedding Planner

Hiya, my names Jo and i live in the UK. Me and a couple of mates want to get into a business together and become wedding planners, but over here there arent any courses to take because it isnt classed as a job over here!! could you try and help me find a college in texas which does courses? please!
