Tropical Wedding
I am getting married on june 22 2002. Our theme is tropical. We will be having all tropical flowers at the wedding. The ceremony is outside and the reception inside. Any ideas for cheap party favors that tie in with the theme?

You may want to try some sea shells or cadles with flowers on it. For my Cnderella wedding I am doing candles with the theme on it and they were pretty inexpensive. I got them through An Everlasting Moment. Their e-mail is info@aneverlastingmoment.com

I have a company in Fla that specializes in "Unique" Beach Weddings.... I have found that www.orientaltrading.com has LOTS of great stuff at reasonable cost.. The "shell leis" that were mentioned are 7.95 a dozen.. I use them in my ceremonies with an Apache` Indian Blessing..

Hey there ! And congrats...I am the CEO of handmadeflowers.com, and I saw your post about your tropical wedding and some ideas. On the cheap, you could go to a wholesaler and get some really colorful tiny vases (6 inches tall) and put your (I assume these are your flowers) orchids with some palm frawn in each, as a gesture of "A piece of us goes to you".. If you can only find white vases, why not paint them in the flower color..so, for wine colored Vanda Orchids, you could paint them each the same color..Makes a striking effect on the favor table.
