Urban Magazine Launch -- Party Ideas

Where is the magazine based and where will the party be?
I am an urban styled guy so I have a feel for what your throwing out here. I am a DJ here in the L.A. And if you`re going for an urban-styled magazine that deals w/ music you`ve probably already considered the importance of the music and presentation. Im actually interested in you mag just to check it out but also to mention some important ways to make it go off. Jungle and Drum n Bass are very big with the urban scene, especially if the audience likes jungle with MC`s and some hip hop, I play alot of this. Basically I spin all the music of the dance and underground scene and Im sure thats what you gonna be getting into. I`ve have a full club lighting setup I can get a DJ line-up for a party w/ as many DJs and whatever music you need. House, Trance, Breakbeats, jungle, hip hop!!! I am also interested in what opportunities you have with the magazine itself. Obviously I am a man of music but I am a man of many mediums, a rennassaince man.

Thank you for your response and ideas. I`ve been traveling and that`s the reason for this late response to your inquiries and questions. I am located in Dallas, TX and I see that everyone offering assistance is located in other cities too bad my budget will not allow me to enlist your services. To answer the questions posted however, the party is scheduled to be held in a popular night club and the publisher is on a small budget which limits me in so many ways in terms of decorations etc. Also I like the idea of a greeter, currently I have to do all those things at my events
