Corperate Party - - - Help!

I am having to throw a corporate party next month in Columbia MO. Kind of cold, and a challenging group of people. Around 80 people, mostly men. I am new to the job, so I want to throw a great party. If there is alcohol there, they will have fun. But its more or a congrats to the company for making into the INC 500.

Any ideas, please.
