I am not sure what your question is. There are many dresses available that are not low cut, so that should not be a problem. No you do not have to have drinking and dancing at your wedding if it is against your religion or if you just don`t want it, so that is not an issue. Do we think that Mississippi is a good place for your honeymoon? Well that is completely upto you and what part you want to go to. There are also about 20 other states in the US that have an ocean. Are you asking if we can help you with money issues for your honeymoon. The only advice anyone here will tell you is to get a second job you have plenty of time between now and your wedding to save money for a honeymoon.
Sorry, I just really don`t know what your question is. If you could be a little more direct we might be able to help you.

Hi Lindsay. I am from Biloxi, MS (gulf coast) and I just wanted to touch on the things to do here. Our "ocean" is actually very dark and murky. It is surrounded by barrier islands, and thus is not clear and beautiful by any circumstance!! Also, our main attraction is casinos and casino resorts. The resorts are beautiful, but this also is a 24 hour drinking area. Although I love my area, I just wanted to let you know what to expect. I am sure the brochures you may find will tell you different, so I wanted you to have a heads up on Mississippi and the "ocean."

Let me clarify my previous post: The "ocean" is actually the Gulf of Mexico:)

I second the brunch idea. That would work perfectly because no one would expect drinking and dancing. Instead of alcohol you could have a coffee bar with espressos and lattes and italian sodas, etc. You might want to plan some other activities since you won`t be having dancing. A photo-montage, would be easy to create and do. (Pictures of you and your fiance as you were growing up and then as you were dating, etc.) You might find out if your site has any equipment for that or if any of your friends and family do. If all else fails you can check with some Dj`s and see if they would be willing to send someone out to do one for you (with out the dj-ing of course :) ) I know many dj`s offer photo montages now. As for your honeymoon, no offense but when I think of honeymoons the last place I`m thinking is Mississippi, if you really look around there are lots of nice places you can go to that won`t cost you an arm and a leg. It`s hard to give suggestions though b/c you didn`t say where you are from. So if you let us know that we can probably give you some great ideas for honeymoons that won`t be too pricey. I completely understand where you`re coming from, my fiance and I are in school right now so we certainly can`t afford an exotic honeymoon, (not certain if we can really afford anything to be quite honest) but at the moment we`re looking at places at Ocean Shores in WA. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck, but if you want more help you`re going to have to give us more information.
