David`s Not Always Awful

My local store and staff are quite nice. I imagine it varies from location to location.

Hmm, do I smell a fabric snob?

It seems to me it is not the dresses people have a problem with: it`s snooty, aggressive or disinterested salespeople. David`s has come a long way from what it used to be. Now, they have some of the most beautiful gowns, and affordable, too. Their gowns are not only "polyester". How many guests will ask "what material is that gown?" They`ll either like the gown or not like it, no matter who makes it. I`ve seen several beautiful, happy brides wearing David`s gowns and each looked and felt like Cinderella. I don`t work for David`s and never have. From what I`ve heard, the biggest complaint with them seems to be buy your gown there, but get it altered somewhere else. Their alterations reputation is not good, so just don`t get alterations there. It is so stupid to say or think all their gowns are "polyester"; no, all of them arent`. Right now, like it or not, David`s is enjoying huge success. If you don`t like David`s, don`t shop there. But it`s not necessary to rain on the parade of others who where happy with their experiences - - polyester or not.
