PLEZ HELP ME-Im Having My 14th GIRL : )

Its my 14 and im having 3boys and 12 girls to my party its gonna go from after skool to 11ish!! sum girls are from another skool so not everyone knows each other!!!i have a big pool so we are going swiming!!!
Does anyone have any good pool games or just party games!!!We are having a boom fire and fireworks 2!!!
If anyone has any idears for anything mostly games i would really apreciate it if you would give them to me! My bday is on 5th of november
