Cupcake Tree

In December 2004, I am planning to make the "cupcaketree". The cupcakes will be made white and chocolate with buttercream icing and dainty fondant angels. The cupcaketree has been an idea for awhile now. For the special event, I thought since I do not want to stand there serving or slicing a huge cake to the guests. I will let them just serve themselves. What a great idea!!! I know I will get huge reviews on this cake...I mean cupcake!
