7 Course Dinner Party

When I was a teenager I went to a 7 course dinner party. It was fun and I want to put one on for my teenager. There were 21 items on the menu and you were to choose 3 for each course. The items were a resting relative was a napkin. A day in the south was a mexican sundae, etc. If anyone has any information on it, please respond. Thank you Rachel Miller
