Looking For This Dress In Size 16

What dress is it? I am sure "this dress" has to have a designer or at least a description. Have you tried the Breast Cancer Society? They sell gowns at great prices and you can buy on there (maybe the gown that you are looking for ) and help people like me get granted their one last wish.
