Winter Wedding Dress

We are marrying in Feb/March, 2005 - ie, winter. Ceremony is in country church and reception in mountain restaurant. I would like to find an appropriate gown for the cold Canadian winter - perhaps with a faux stole or shrug, size 6. Can anyone help?
