Help Mustard On Tablecloths And Chair Covers

Word of advice to other brides don`t allow mustard at your wedding it can cost you if your renting because it contains turmeric, a yellow dye. If the stain is not treated immediately, it can be impossible to remove from tablecloths and chair covers. If anyone knows how to remove it please post here

Have you tried to have the cloth dry cleaned? I`ve had mustard on a blouse and it was easily removed. Perhaps a good dry cleaner will do the trick.

This trick once worked to get mustard out of a sweatshirt of mine. Take laundry detergent and pour it directly on the stain, rub it in, then wrap up the garment tightly in a plastic bag and tie it shut, let it sit over night then wash it normally in the hottest water the fabric can stand. Hope that helps!
