Chocolate Fountain Recipe

I am looking for recipe options for our chocolate fountain - we are hoping to be able to buy bulk chocolate from our food vendor, rather than shipping in from CA every week - and would need a recipe if we used regular bulk chocolate chips.

Also - if anyone has ideas for dipping items - they would be appreciated.
