Postponed Party Help!

Because of the hurricanes in Florida, I had to postpone my daughter`s Quinceañero. Invitations had already gone out. Now that I have the new date, do I have to reissue new invitations, or is a phone call appropriate? If a new invitation is best, how would I word it?
